3. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. If you have not received it, contact us at support@kavixa.com.

4. International shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Contact us for specific estimates.

5. Order modifications

Once shipped, an order cannot be modified. For changes or cancellations, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@kavixa.com. Cancellations are not guaranteed if the order is already being processed.

7. Non-delivery or lost package
