Refund Policy

At Kavixa.com, operated by Evozone Eco Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product within 30 days of receipt if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging.
  • It is not personalized, unless it is defective.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

Hygiene or digital items are not eligible, except in case of defect.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@kavixa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return address (which may vary depending on the third-party supplier).
  • Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it within 30 days.

Important: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the product:

  • We will inform you by email of the approval/refusal of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 4-7 business days.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in case of our error.

Returned products that are damaged or used may result in refusal or deduction of the refund.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@kavixa.com with photos/videos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@kavixa.com. A full refund will be processed if the order has not been shipped.

6. Non-Delivery

We work with third-party suppliers (dropshipping). Shipping times are 7-14 business days. If your order does not arrive within 20 days, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.

7. Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us for a free replacement. Damage due to misuse is not covered.

8. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European legislation, customers residing in the European Union have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, simply inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, letter sent by post or email to support@kavixa.com). You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal decision to us.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their shipment.
